Open RAN for Neutral-Host, In-Building 5G Networks

SPEAKERS:

This session explores how the O-RU technology enables mobile operators to use 4G and 5G spectrum more easily and cost-effectively, delivering greater agility, scalability, and energy efficiency; as O-RAN-compliant products support emerging multi-operator radio access network (MORAN) architectures and these innovations will pave the way for more efficient, scalable, and cost-effective deployment and maintenance of in-building 5G services. In conjunction, the Wireless Innovation Fund investments drives the creation of multi-operator O-RU solutions integrated with distributed antenna system (DAS) infrastructure, enabling open access and flexible in-building configurations.
